The Barnards Miniature Railway
The Barnards Miniature Railway is taking shape and the first 260m of running track will officially open on Sunday 5th September 2010.
The line being constructed is a 71/4 inch gauge and the engine shed, one station and one bridge have already been constructed. The line will ultimately be about 2k in length but for 2010 we are only committing to some 400 meters to the first bridge. A small group of volunteers are already involved but we would like others to join us.
